Three bedrooms are arranged across two levels, each with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a California King bed. Bedroom 3 is the primary suite with a King bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Two full bathrooms plus a downstairs powder room mean nobody waits in line: an en-suite off the primary bedroom, a second full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom on the main level.

The open living and dining area seats six under vaulted ceilings, with an 84-inch HDTV, Netflix, a game console, and board games. The fully stocked kitchen includes a full-size range and oven, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A washer and free dryer are in the unit.

The entire townhome is yours, with a private entrance, covered lanai, and upstairs balcony framing Mauna Kea. Self check-in by smart lock is available any time after 4:00 PM. Guests have full use of the gated community's amenities: a large outdoor pool and hot tub open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM year-round, gas BBQ grills with shaded seating, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness room with treadmill, elliptical and free weights, and resort walking trails.

One assigned parking space is provided on the premises. The pool and hot tub are shared HOA amenities. The home has air conditioning but no heating. Maximum occupancy is six guests. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and a beach wagon are provided. For young guests, the home includes a pack 'n play plus books and toys for ages 2–10+.

Community work update (September 19, 2026): Exterior painting at Villa 1702 is complete. Work at the community pool areas is scheduled to continue through September 25, 2026. Solar-panel installation work at the pool areas may continue through March 2027.
